Being different in a world where the slightest differences can cause some of the best people to be labeled as weird or as outcasts and not because they did anything wrong, but simply because they possessed a uniqueness that not popular with society or within their communities, schools, or everyday social environments, at one time it was race, then it was class, and now its gender.

 

It's no secret that America has blatantly voiced its discontent with anyone or anything that was not normal; according to the standards created by the founding fathers of this country. Many people have lost their lives fighting for the natural born human rights that every person is supposed to be privy to.
